not cheap) food eateries inside the casino no places to get a quick bite unless you venture into the food court at the mall.
In one night: I lost cash to an ATM that said my cash was being dispensed, I walked around a maze of ropes only to have a cashier take a male who snuck around the side and flirted his way out of having to wait his turn, I witnessed another patron who informed casino security that she walked away from her machine and forgot to collect her ticket, and asked if video they could check the cameras to see who took her ticket only to be laughed at and denied, and waitresses with drinks totally ignoring all areas besides the high rollers sections and the tables. Lately that has changed! I kinda figured that winning would level off in time and well the time has come! Not only has the winning tapered off but so has the level of customer service. At one point I was visiting the casino several times a week because I was leaving with more than I came with. Quite honestly I have come home as a winner quite a few times. I live in Annapolis, MD which is about a 20 minute drive from the casino's Hanover, MD location at the Arundel Mills Mall. I signed up for a rewards card a few months before the casino's grand opening.
